Once you purchase the package, we’ll reach out via email and send you a questionnaire. This helps us better understand your space, your needs, and any specific requirements.
All communication takes place via email and phone/video call. In-person meetings are available at an additional cost, subject to location and agreement.

What We Need from You:

We’ll ask you to provide a floor plan with clear measurements – this should include:
– Wall lengths
– Door and window positions
– Ceiling height (if possible)
– Sockets or other key features
You can send us a digital drawing, existing home plans, or even a hand-drawn sketch – as long as the measurements are accurate and easy to understand.

What You’ WILl Receive:

– Full space plan with furniture layout
– Mood board with colour palette and finishes
– 3D room plan + 2 CGI renders
– Lighting guidance
– One complimentary revision
– CAD files (for developers upon request)
– Shopping List: A curated list of all selected items—furniture, lighting, finishes, and décor—complete with links for easy purchasing.
– Installation Day Support: Get design support as you bring the space together. We’ll be on hand to guide and troubleshoot via email or optional call (scheduled in advance).
– Video Consultation: A one-on-one call to walk through your space, ask questions, and align on your vision. In-person meetings are available at an additional cost, subject to location and agreement.
– Additional Support: Email follow-up for any queries related to product placement or styling during implementation.
